A company is looking for a Managing Director, National Program Implementation and Impact - Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Senior Directors overseeing major district projects to ensure effective program implementation and measurable outcomes
Coach and support Senior Directors in troubleshooting challenges and maintaining relationships with district leaders
Collaborate on workforce strategy, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of related experience, including 5+ years in management within education and district partnerships
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale educational implementation initiatives
Experience in scoping work for renewals and aligning service offerings with organizational standards
Proven ability to coach senior leaders and foster high-performing teams
Skilled in leveraging data for strategic planning and continuous improvement
