Product Trainer

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-person and virtual product training sessions to retail teams nationwide Train store associates and managers on product features, benefits, usage, and key differentiators Reinforce brand messaging and convert it into clear, customer-facing sales language Coach teams on product positioning, objection handling, and customer engagement techniques Support new product launches with timely field training and adoption plans Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Retail partners to align training priorities Assess knowledge gaps and training effectiveness through observations and feedback Maintain training records, field notes, and post-visit reporting Represent the brand professionally at events, activations, and retail visits Assist with merchandising and light event/store setup as needed Qualifications3+ years of experience in product training, retail training, field education, or related roles Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage varied audiences Proven ability to coach frontline retail teams and improve product confidence Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable with frequent travel and changing priorities in a field-based environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/LMS familiarity is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light training/event materials Must be at least 18 years old Travel RequirementsNationwide travel required Travel expected approximately 75% of the time Frequent regional and out-of-state travel, including overnight and multi-day trips Reliable transportation and readiness for air travel required
