Bilingual HR Assistant & Recruiting Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Assistant & Recruiting Coordinator provides front desk coverage and comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department while assisting with recruiting coordination and full-cycle HR operations. This role supports the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and offboarding, ensures accurate HR data management, and assists with compliance and HR systems administration. Goodkind believes by following this central multi-stakeholder approach, we are creating optimal value for each stakeholder while leaving the world a better place.RequirementsWhat You'll DoServe as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors, clients and managing incoming communicationsProvide daily administrative support to the HR departmentRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresMaintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with job postings and candidate pipelinesCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managersCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport recruiting workflow from application through offer stageAssist in maintaining accurate and current job descriptions (JDs)Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition functions as neededAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS updates and documentationMaintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data integritySupport employee onboarding training and ensure new hires have necessary informationAssist employees with HR-related questions and support HR service deliveryVerify Form I-9 documentation, maintain files, and manage E-Verify casesConduct audits of HR-related systems (Human Interest, benefits, I-9 compliance, etc.)Assist with compliance related to labor laws, safety training, and internal policiesEnsure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR recordsAssist with coordination of training programs and onboarding orientationAssist with HR reporting, metrics, and data requestsSupport HR special projects and departmental initiativesMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and systemsOther duties as assignedAssist with DEI, wellness, and sustainability-related HR initiativesOther duties as assigned. What We RequireAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred2 years experience in HR field 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting support and administrationMust be BilingualAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion where necessaryStrong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of employeesWorking knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, talent management strategies, and HRIS systems.
