Registered Patent Agent

A company is looking for a Patent Agent specializing in Electrical or Computer technologies. Key Responsibilities Prosecute patent applications, including responding to Office actions and communicating with Patent Examiners Draft high-quality patent applications with detailed descriptions and figures Conduct comprehensive patent searches to assess patentability of inventions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Three or more years (preferably 6+) of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a law firm environment Registered as a Patent Agent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing is a plus
