Sales Representative – On Job Sales and Building Training

Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking offers extensive paid training, starting with the option of a 3-6 month On-the-Job training with our builders to learn our products & methods, followed by 1 month of sales-specific inside training. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required. Job Duties: On-the-job training may include assisting with project builds to learn our products and methods Achieve sales goals through inside and outside (in-home) sales.
