Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking offers extensive paid training, starting with the option of a 3-6 month On-the-Job training with our builders to learn our products & methods, followed by 1 month of sales-specific inside training.
This is a career position with no commission cap, and many make over $75,000 in their first year.

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or sales
An aptitude to understand basic fence and deck construction (in-depth product and Rick's construction best practices provided)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must project a clean appearance & professional attitude.
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
Job Duties:
On-the-job training may include assisting with project builds to learn our products and methods
Achieve sales goals through inside and outside (in-home) sales.
Set your own on-site appointments; we provide more leads than you need.
Dedicate yourself to learning our system and products.
