Our Core Values: We do the right thing We passionately care We are team-oriented We are driven to excellence Responsibilities: Proficient at structuring deals to maximize profitability and lender approval Establishes and maintains strong relationships with multiple lenders and financial institutions Accurately desks deals, submits to lenders, secures approvals, and closes efficiently Guides customers through cash, finance, and lease transactions with confidence and transparency Presents and sells F&I products (service contracts, GAP, ancillary products) with strong penetration Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations Prepares complete deal packages to ensure clean and fast funding Maintains proficiency in title laws, registration processes, and compliance standards Consistently performs at a high level in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Job Requirements: 23+ years of Automotive Finance Manager / F&I experience Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration Strong desking and deal structuring skills Experience with menu-based selling tools CRM experience required Fluent with web-based systems and dealership technology Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes Demonstrated history of strong customer satisfaction scores Highline or high-volume dealership experience preferred Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a results-driven environment Excellent communication and closing skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Stable work history Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED required Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening What We Offer: Family-owned and operated with long-term stability Strong, experienced, and tenured leadership team Consistent deal flow and established sales team Weekly pay Paid vacation Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) with employer match Life and disability insurance Closed on Sundays We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or gender.
