Senior Technical Program ManagerA problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. This is a team of creatives, designers, technologists, event managers, and producers who focus on humanizing Google through brand experience. From our marquee events like Google I/O, Made by Google, and Brandcast, you will collaborate with teams across the company on real and virtual events, content and broadcasts, experiential campaigns, innovative digital experiences and more.ResponsibilitiesOversee the technical lifecycle of projects from prototype to production.Identify, design, and implement scalable technical launch systems and processes (e.g., security, privacy, quota management) to reduce friction and accelerate innovation.Build and maintain relationships with product and engineering teams (e.g., DM, PMMs) to secure early access to unreleased products and models.Manage cloud projects, compute quotas (TPUs/GPUs), billing, and permissions for internal teams and external agencies.Drive fast-paced creative initiatives with timelines (specific to event marketing) measured in weeks.Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and pivot quickly to adapt to changing model capabilities and limitations.Partner with creative technologists during the ideation phase to assess production implications, including costs, access, and scalability.Build and lead effective cross-functional program teams, aligning executive stakeholders on technical priorities, resource needs, and de-risking strategies for unreleased AI products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
