This is an in-person position with a supportive team, engaging caseload, and opportunities for professional growth.Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and Nonpublic Agency with decades of experience providing high-quality pediatric therapy services. We serve children in clinic, school, and home-based settings through a collaborative, team-centered approach. We provide the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to help clinicians build strong clinical skills and grow professionally.Responsibilities include:Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting.Document treatment sessions, therapeutic interventions, client progress, and related service notes accurately and timely.Assist with progress updates, treatment plan implementation, and clinical documentation.Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, and team members to support client outcomes.Assist with evaluation-related tasks and documentation as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.Perform other job-related duties consistent with the role and business needs.Qualifications:Current and valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure through the California Board of Occupational Therapy.Pediatric Experience Preferred, But Not Required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.Positive, professional, and collaborative demeanor.Commitment to ethical, high-quality, and client-centered care.Full-time employees are eligible for:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Simple IRA retirement plan.Paid sick leave.Paid time off, if applicable under company policy.Employee Assistance Program.Continuing education reimbursement.Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel.Enrollment in a discount perks program offering savings on travel, childcare, education, auto, home, tax preparation, and other nationally recognized products and services.Professional growth planning and development support.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:Celebrations Speech Group is an equal opportunity employer.
