Job Description:Job title - Logistics Coordinator / Supply Chain Operations SupportDuration - 9+ months of contractLocation - Bellevue WA (Onsite) - Need local candidatesPay range - $24/hr to $28/hr on w2 (depends on exp)OverviewThe team is focused on maintaining workload parity with LTOC while supporting production-related shipments and ensuring operational excellence. Ground Systems Logistics currently manages planned 2026 shipments equivalent to one LTOC IC portfolio, with a strong focus on maintaining 100% on-time delivery performance across GGT programs.The position supports global shipment operations, logistics coordination, freight management, and operational execution to help achieve the 2026 delivery target of 70 systems installed.ScheduleOne CW will work from 06:00 to 14:30One CW will work from 14:00 to 22:30OT, weekend, or holiday support may be requiredWork EnvironmentIndependent work with collaborative sharing and communication internally and outside of the teamFast-moving operational environment with multiple priorities and global shipment coverageResponsibilitiesCoordinate logistics operations and production-related shipmentsSupport freight operations, shipment planning, and transportation coordinationMonitor shipment movement and ensure on-time delivery performanceWork with logistics service providers (LSPs), carriers, and internal partnersSupport global and multi-region shipment programsRespond quickly and clearly to LSP and partner inquiriesAssist with customs coordination, import/export compliance, and international freight operationsUtilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics platforms for shipment tracking and operational supportCollaborate with program management and cross-functional teams to support delivery targetsManage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environmentRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or supply chain managementHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years old with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelinesExperience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platformsAbility to work staggered or non-standard hours to support global shipment coverageStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to respond quickly and clearly to LSP and partner inquiriesAble to read and take direction in EnglishNice to Have SkillsExperience with SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TMS)Experience managing international freight, customs coordination, or import/export complianceFamiliarity with logistics service provider (LSP) management and carrier coordinationExperience supporting global or multi-region shipment programsProficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and ExcelDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentCommitment to operational excellence and customer-focused supportExperience working within or alongside program management teams
