***We are unable to work with 3rd-party or corp-to-corp candidates for this position******Must currently be located on the West coast***Job Description: Our client, a renowned provider of health management and billing technology, is seeking a dynamic Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As part of the Enterprise Solutions Team, the Sr. ServiceNow Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow Platform implementation and supporting the business processes it underpins.Key Responsibilities:Develop, configure, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications to augment the ServiceNow platform.Maintain the ServiceNow platform's stability and implement necessary changes.Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Collaborate with the team and application owners to devise innovative solutions that meet business requirements.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development.Proven strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective collaboration with team and business partners.Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated project management skills with a history of meeting project deadlines.Willingness to undertake other duties as assigned.Possession of ServiceNow Certifications.Preferred Skills:Experience in developing and/or implementing 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow.Experience with building custom solutions with the App Engine Studio.Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow Workspaces and/or custom portals using the UI builder.Experience in Chat Bot Implementation and NLU.Expertise with the GRC/IRM is highly desirable.Experience with creating solutions with Now Assist and other ServiceNow AI functionality.Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance analytics and advanced reporting.A College Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
