Global Account Director

GLOBAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR New York office / Home base : hybrid workingOur client is a leading insights / analytics / forecasting / intelligence business with significant annual revenue and very strong market position. They have offices and team members throughout the world and continue to grow organically and via acquisition.With the expectation of managing 5-7 of their highest value global accounts, you’ll be responsible for identifying customer priorities, and converting these into opportunities that will deepen commercial relationships. Through a combination of subscription growth, renewal of continuous services and strategic projects, you will drive additional revenues that will exceed annual targets and deliver value to their clients in a profitable way. This role is responsible for owning the global commercial relationship, working with a team of regional account managers and a client success team. You will develop effective relationships between individuals and teams both internally and with clients, to provide best in class commercial partnerships.We’re looking for:• Proven global account management experience - retaining & growing large, high-value clients. Key is owning the relationship globally.• Successful track record selling subscription / SaaS solutions to large corporate/enterprise accounts. Intelligence / data / insights an advantage but not essential.• Experience of operating in a global sales organisation and working across regions and markets.
