🚀 WordPress Developer (Full-time, Remote)At MINGO, we don’t build average websites — we create high-performance digital solutions that actually deliver results.We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who knows what they’re doing and cares about clean code, performance, and real outcomes.💼 Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position.You’ll be responsible for:• Building and maintaining WordPress websites (custom-first approach) • Developing custom themes (no bloated garbage) • Turning designs into responsive, clean interfaces • Working on both front-end and back-end • Optimizing performance, security, and accessibility • Troubleshooting issues without guessing • Collaborating with team members to deliver solid work🧠 What we expect• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Solid PHP + WordPress experience • Experience building custom themes from scratch • Understanding of WordPress hooks, structure, best practices • Ability to debug and solve problems independently • Attention to detail (no sloppy work)➕ Bonus• WooCommerce customization • SEO / performance knowledge • API integrations • UX/UI understanding⚠️ Important👉 You WILL get an entry task before hiring.No task = no job.
