Here’s the breakdown:
6 month term to start
$20.00 per hour
Targeted start dates of January 4th
Responsibilities:
Handling communication on errors or successes of the team bulk award uploads to the customer via email
Manage shared Technical Services inbox for customer inquiries
Manage significant volume of bulk upload awards that come from Workhuman customers on a daily basis
Continuously maintain inbox and reach out to customers proactively, updating them on progress of uploads
Work directly with the Technical Services Specialists, and maintain books of business of the CSM’s and Sr. CSM’s for all team bulk uploads
Work directly with Senior Manager Technical Services on all customer escalations as they come
Qualifications:
High attention to detail, both written and verbal
High proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite)
1 year of customer focused experience in a support related role
