Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Multiple positions are available in a friendly, collaborative team environment—serving a varied caseload of approximately 34 students. Work in-person, engaging with students and educational staff to implement evidence-based occupational therapy strategies that foster growth, participation, and independence in school activities.Your qualifications and experience:Active Washington Occupational Therapy licenseValid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificationBackground or experience in a school-based OT settingStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse needs and learning stylesCommitment to full-time, onsite supportKey responsibilities:Provide individual and group occupational therapy to students per IEPsAssess student abilities and needs, develop intervention plans, and maintain required documentationCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and access to curriculumContribute to IEP meetings and write relevant goals/outcomesShare expertise with school teams to support accommodations and modifications in daily routinesTravel between assigned sites, as school locations will be confirmedEnjoy a contract role that allows you to build relationships across an enthusiastic educational community.
