Overview In this role you will help translate business problems into data-driven solutions for life sciences clients. You’ll contribute to building SaaS tools that support pipeline planning, portfolio management, and forecasting. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to pilot, deploy, and scale products in a real-time data environment. The work focuses on impactful health outcomes, applying quantitative modeling and modern web technologies. This is a hands-on role with significant client interaction and product impact. ResponsibilitiesDesign and build web-based SaaS tools for life sciences clientsStructure problems with data-driven approaches and implement solutionsPilot, deploy and iterate new products meeting customer needsCollaborate with developers, data scientists, and product managersEngage with clients to communicate progress and impactWork directly on real-time, data-focused solutions that influence decision making Key requirementsUp to 4 years of full stack web development experienceProficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++Experience with AI-based coding tools and AI techniques (RAG, AI Agents, fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, GraphRAG)Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases or willingness to learnExperience building data-driven decision-support toolsStrong analytical abilities and ability to learn new languages and conceptsIntellectual curiosity, discipline, and attention to detailInterest in life sciences/healthcareBachelor’s degree in CS, Math, Statistics, Physics or equivalent experienceStrong analytical thinkingClient-facing communicationCollaborative mindsetFull stack web developmentProgramming languages: JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++AI tools: Cursor, Claude Code
