UPMC - - Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care under the direction of the RN and LPN; Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, and transport; Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights; Perform routine tasks such as vital signs, weights, and intake and output; Document care accurately in the medical record
