Shift Leader
*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during their shift. *Responsibilities* - Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts - Train, mentor, and supervise team members - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards - Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed - Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Assist with scheduling and labor cost control *Requirements* - Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant management - Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and inventory control - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
