Job ResponsibilitiesAccounting Assistant who is well diversified, specifically in the following areas: Accounts ReceivableEstablishing & monitoring customer terms Customer collectionsApply customer payments to accountsReconcile customer accounts, credits, and chargesAccounts PayableAssist with vendor maintenance & purchasingCode invoices, set up new vendor accounts, and communicate with vendors as needed, and reconcile vendor accountsVerify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are accurately paidAccount Analysis and Reconciliation Assist with month-end procedures and periodic internal auditsSpecific SkillsStrong data entry skills (typing and ten-key) Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environmentMicrosoft Office experience, including ExcelMust be detail-oriented and can multitaskSome college or equivalent work experienceWork EnvironmentOffice Primarily sedentary work, but may involve some walking, standing·        Ability to use a computer and phone for extended periods.SalaryCommensurate with experience
