Sous Chef

Our Fine Dining restaurant is seeking a full-time Sous Chef capable of running the kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Chef.  Responsibilities include supervision of preparation for all stations, ordering, working with kitchen staff during service and  inventory.   A passion for fine dining and a creative mindset are required attributes.
