Revenue Cycle Specialist (Insurance & Patient Accounts)

Job Description:Align Chiropractic is growing, and we are looking for a detail-driven, highly organized individual to join our team as a Revenue Cycle Specialist.This is a back office role focused on insurance, billing, patient accounts, and financial systems that support patient care. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all financial and insurance-related processes in the office.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and precision.What You’ll Be Doing:• Verifying and managing patient insurance benefits • Handling insurance billing, claims, and follow-up • Managing prior authorizations and required documentation • Creating and structuring patient care plans • Managing patient accounts, balances, and payment structures • Performing calculations related to care plans, insurance coverage, and financial agreements • Maintaining accurate records across all systems • Identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly and efficientlyWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working with numbers, calculations, and financial data • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple systems • Coachable and able to follow structured processes • Strong problem-solving ability • Clear communication skills for internal coordinationPreferred Experience:• Insurance verification, billing, or prior authorization experience • Medical, chiropractic, or healthcare office experience • Experience with EHR systems and documentation • Background in accounting, billing, or administrative operationsSchedule:This position can be part-time or full-time depending on availability and fit.Our office operates during the following hours:• Monday: 7:00–11:30 AM & 1:30–7:30 PM • Tuesday: 9:30 AM–4:00 PM • Wednesday: 7:00–11:30 AM & 1:30–7:30 PM • Thursday: 1:00–7:30 PM • Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PMAbout Align Chiropractic:We are a neurologically-focused chiropractic office committed to helping people function at a higher level and live healthier lives.
