This position involves building a highly operational, multi-user platform that connects lead intake, qualification workflows, buyer delivery systems, BPO operations, signed retainer tracking, profitability analytics, and automated routing logic into one unified infrastructure.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in complex systems, enjoys solving operational bottlenecks through engineering, and can independently own both backend architecture and frontend execution.
