In this role, you will support Case Managers and assist clients through the early stages of the disability application process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative work and client interaction.This is a full-time, in-person role in our Birmingham, Alabama office. Compensation for the position is a competitive hourly rate, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling incoming calls and emailsAssist Case Managers with preparing, reviewing, and submitting initial disability applicationsCommunicate with clients to collect information, provide updates, and answer general questionsMaintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with company policiesTrack application progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely processingSupport the team with additional tasks and projects as neededQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred1+ year of administrative or customer service experience preferredStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionExperience in a legal, medical, or government setting is a plusFamiliarity with Social Security Disability processes is a plus
