Sitecore Developer

Overview As a Sitecore Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of Sitecore CMS solutions for enterprise-scale needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust architectures, optimize performance, and guide migrations and deployments. You will operate in a global delivery context, driving reliability and scalability while communicating effectively with clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape complex Sitecore ecosystems and advance key digital initiatives. ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement website solutions using Sitecore CMS (v6/v7 prior, v8 advantageous)Analyze and resolve performance issues; tune Sitecore infrastructureOversee data migration and integration within enterprise environmentDesign with Sitecore concepts (Layouts, Renderings, Templates, CM/CD environments, caching, serialization, deployment)Manage platform administration, security, and configurationEngage with clients, estimate efforts, and deliver in a global delivery setupEvaluate and recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliabilityWork with third-party tools and data stores (where applicable) Key requirements7+ years .NET project experience3-5 years Sitecore CMS project experience (v6/v7; v8 is a plus)Strong understanding of Sitecore APIs, Kernels, and client librariesExperience with data migration in enterprise appsStrong communication and client-facing skillsWillingness to learn new technologiesExperience in planning, estimation, and delivery in a global contextUnderstanding of Web Controls, Placeholder framework, Rules framework, binding, and workflowstrong communicationclient-facing skillsability to work in a global delivery environmentSitecore CMS (Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, caching, serialization, deployment)Sitecore API, Kernel, and Sitecore client librariesSitecore performance tuning and troubleshooting
