Customer Service Intake Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and have experience working in a call center environment. Additionally, the successful applicant will have experience with cash handling, data entry, and Spanish language skills are a plus. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person - Utilize computerized systems to update customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products and services - Provide information and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Enter data into computerized systems with high accuracy - Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the organization Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment - Strong communication and phone etiquette skills - Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively - Experience with cash handling and data entry - Knowledge of Spanish language is an asset - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proven customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Experience with computerized systems and software applications - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in English - Experience with computerized systems - Strong phone etiquette skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Experience with data entry - Knowledge of Spanish language - Proven customer service skills - Ability to work in a call center environment - Outbound calling experience - Cash handling experience - Data entry experience - Spanish language skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.21 - $19.29 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Experience: Phone etiquette: 1 year (Required) Data entry: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: Charlotte, NC 28203 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Charlotte, NC 28203: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
