Sales CoordinatorThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for maximizing sales and profits in multi-store retail locations executed through in store events, training and product demonstrations. The Sales Coordinator's role is to build brand awareness, create an elevated in-store experience and be a trusted expert for our brands.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed individual monthly sales goal across all assigned storesManage store visit schedule based on business needs across all assigned storesClientele and recruit new customers by providing an elevated and personalized customer experience through relationship building.Foster and maintain solid professional relationships with retail partners by demonstrating a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Providing excellent service to both retailer and customersConfidence in successfully providing training, executing in store events and focus days, personal consultation and hands on demonstration to drive salesResolve customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experienceAdhere to both Boots and Retailer policies and procedures.Maintain great communication with store teams, line manager and peersWork independently and sustain a positive can do attitude.Consistently present a clean and professional image at all timesAttends all required conference call, trainings and team meetings.Ensure that testers, brushes, etc. are maintained in compliance with hygiene standards.Ensure that stock, beauty stations and fixtures are clean, organized and adhere to company merchandising standards.Ensures execution of updated instore planograms, merchandising displays and presentation in stores and monitors stock and partners with in store retail team to ensure stock flow and replenishment.Promotes and communicates key product launches, current promotions and eventsHas knowledge of competitive brands.Skills and ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a sales/commission based retail environment is preferred and working in multi store locationMakeup/Artistry skills and product experience in skincare and beauty, but not required.Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a competency for selling.General knowledge and passion for the Beauty/Skincare industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.High degrees of motivation, drive, integrity, accountability and the ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team.Consistently demonstrate a desire to exceed expectations.Receptive to guidance and feedback.Ability to work flexible schedules as shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends.Consistent and reliable attendance.Understanding that designated store location is subject to change based on business needs.TravelMay be required to travel to offsite locations for scheduled meetings and/or trainings.Measures of SuccessDelivery of annual brand assigned goalsMeets all required reporting deadlines with accuracyReceive ongoing positive feedback from Retail Partners and ColleaguesExcellent record of attendance in line with our Boots Retail USA guidelines
