Quality Manager (FORTUNE 500 Manufacturing)

We are representing a globally recognized Industrial Manufacturing organization who is actively seeking Quality Manager at their flagship operation. This company has experienced record profitability with 10% Year over Year over Year revenue growth. The General Manager is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!POSITION OVERVIEWCandidate will report to the Plant Manager while leading a department of (3 direct reports) and having a strong working relationship with the Director of QualityComplete financial/budgetary ownership of departmentCandidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality function while working cross functionally with different departmentProvide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goalsMaintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendorsDirect and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issuesWork closely with plant staff to development "HI-POT " talentResponsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing.POSITION REQUIREMENTBachelors Degree is required for consideration (preference for Engineering/technical field)Candidate should be Plant/Operations driven Quality Leader with strong background in Root Cause Analysis/Problem SolvingCandidate should have at least 2-3 years of Quality leadership experience within highly regulated environment
