Operations Project Manager
The Operations Project Manager leads cross‑functional initiatives to deliver programs on time, within cost, and to quality targets. This role coordinates manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and external partners to manage complex, build‑to‑order and NPI programs in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute operational projects from order release through shipment, including NPI and customer‑specific buildsOwn project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communicationsDrive alignment across manufacturing, procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics teamsMonitor material readiness, factory capacity, and build progress; resolve execution issues and bottlenecksImplement and improve operational processes to support scalability, cost reduction, and cycle‑time improvementProvide clear reporting on project status, KPIs, and escalations to leadershipQualificationsExperience in operations or project management within semiconductor capital equipment or high‑tech manufacturingStrong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain dynamics, and NPI processesProven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs in fast‑paced environmentsExcellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
