Behavior Technician Contractor ABA

*Seeking Behavior Technicians w/ $250 sign bonus to work with people with Autism 10-30 hours per week in Battle Creek and Calhoun County* Behavior technicians are responsible for implementing programming created experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in one-on-one therapy sessions in the home of the client. Our BCBA Clinical Supervisors have extensive experience in the development and implementation of behavioral programs to decrease problem behaviors and to teach critical language and learning skills to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. No prior Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience is required, though experience working with children is a plus. Extensive initial and ongoing training is provided. You must have work or life experience with children and/or adolescents, the ability to play and engage with highly active people. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. All services are completed in the client’s home or community. Must have a clean record- State, Federal, OIG, ORR, and MDHHS record checks will be completed.
