Data Systems Coordinator

About the Role As a Data Systems Coordinator (also known as Materials Analyst, Specification Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in managing technical parts data and driving product engineering efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in SAP and data analysis to ensure project milestones are met while optimizing standardization processes across the organization. Responsibilities Manage and audit complex parts data to ensure high-level integrity within ECM systems. Drive the execution of product change decisions by coordinating cross-functional project tasks. Analyze technical materials to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. Standardize documentation and reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency. Facilitate project meetings to maintain alignment on timelines and technical requirements. Support engineering teams by providing administrative oversight for specification development. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Office Suite skills, specifically Excel. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality control. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration. Experience with PDMlink or similar product data management software. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApps for data visualization. Proven ability to adapt quickly to evolving internal processes and software tools. A proactive, continuous-learning approach to professional development.
