Progressive Care Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Minimum Qualifications: 2yrs required experience in specialty areas. BLS required. ACLS PREFFERED. This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time.Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
