The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing scalable, low-latency applications, working with both modern and legacy systems, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders including traders, sales, and operations teams.Required Skills6+ years of hands-on Java development experienceStrong expertise in Core Java and server-side application developmentSolid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principlesExperience working with both legacy and modern enterprise applicationsFixed Income domain experience, particularly US Treasuries or Interest Rate SwapsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business usersExperience using Claude Code or similar AI-powered CLI development toolsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
