Base Pay $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 / YearDescriptionJob SummaryEssential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreates new client relationships across our major market segments through "in-person" sales with a focus on developing relationships in the education sectorDrives new revenue opportunities through thoughtful territory managementResponsible for meeting/exceeding the budgeted outside sales goalsProspect for new business by joining and networking within various organizations, communities and groupsDesign an action plan to successfully accomplish the new/current business planFocuses on obtaining "Big Meetings" with prospects and clients in our target business categoriesManage and enhances existing client relationshipsAttends conferences, sporting events, and other events to continually develop prospects and build relationshipsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequirementsProficient in the English language.Bilingual abilities are considered an advantage.Clear criminal background record.Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.Physical and Other RequirementsThis is a field position, and working conditions may vary, ranging from extremely hot to cold depending on the climate. The position requires 8-hour days, flexible hours, and occasional extended hours. Daily travel is necessary for customer and vendor visits, and overnight stays may be required on occasion.
