The incumbent interacts with others within the department to support existing products while collecting and reporting test data for OEM and/or general industrial applications to supervisor.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the preparation of application equipment, calibration, and operating to apply coating samples for R&D testing.Operates laboratory testing equipment related to coating quality confirmation.Responsible for the preparation and sprays application of panels & collects dataCommunicates discrepancies to supervisor, Technical Team, Laboratory Manager or ChemistsConducts other sample on application system as specified by customerUtilize appropriate safety methods, cleanliness and maintenance of equipmentPrepares data collection results and consults with supervisor as neededMeets ISO/TS/Honda/Toyota and other customer's standard operating procedures in all activities performedPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Required: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: 05 years of previous coating application experience preferredSkills: Ability to perform mathematical conversions Strong communication, written, and organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)SALARY RANGE:$19.12 to $28.32 hourly.
