Technical Project Manager – Banking Technology Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Banking Technology?
What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects throughout the SDLC.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Partner with architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
Oversee technical solution delivery, including APIs, system integrations, application architecture, and data flows.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, governance meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate testing, release management, production deployments, and post-production support.
Monitor project health through KPIs, RAID logs, milestones, and delivery metrics.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
5+ years managing technology initiatives within Banking or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology teams.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools.
