Position Overview
We are looking for a Service & Parts Coordinator to support both our service operations and parts processes. This is a hybrid, non-management role that plays a critical part in keeping repairs moving efficiently, vehicles flowing through recon, and communication clear between service, parts, and sales.
The ideal candidate has automotive knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and essential to the day-to-day success of our operation.
Responsibilities
Support daily service and parts operations to keep workflow moving efficiently
Understand and follow written processes and procedures
Coordinate parts ordering, receiving, and availability for internal and retail repairs
Communicate clearly with service advisors, technicians, sales, and vendors
Assist with repair estimates, repair flow, and internal vehicle processing
Ensure internal vehicles are inspected within 48 hours of drop-off
Help track repair progress and resolve delays related to parts or approvals
Maintain accurate records in dealership systems (CDK or similar)
Handle warranty or internal documentation as needed
Adapt quickly to changes in processes and priorities
Experience & Qualifications
Automotive service and/or parts experience required
Strong mechanical knowledge; previous repair experience is a plus
Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or service support
Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership systems preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Open-minded, coachable, and willing to learn
