Dry Cleaner and Spotter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner and Spotter to join our team. This role involves inspecting, treating, and cleaning garments to ensure the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in laundry or dry cleaning operations. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Inspect garments for stains, damages, and cleanliness issues Apply appropriate spotting techniques to remove stains effectively without damaging fabrics Operate dry cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Handle laundry processes including sorting, washing, drying, and pressing garments Ensure all items meet quality standards before returning to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Assist with cashiering duties such as cash handling and processing transactions when needed Skills Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or dry cleaning industries is preferred Strong knowledge of dry cleaning processes and stain removal techniques Ability to handle laundry equipment safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail for inspecting garments and spotting stains Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Work Location: In person
