As one of the fastest-growing platforms in our space, we are focused on operational excellence, technical expertise, and building a high-performing team.Job DescriptionThe Service Technician III is responsible for completing installation, service, and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems. Must have experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.RequirementsJob Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Perform preventative maintenances for a variety of commercial equipment. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Approaching every opportunity with a learning mindset. Provide high level customer service. Actively participate in NCCER Curriculum. Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of air duct distribution systems, commercial and industrial. Know relevant building codes, current legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for the installation and maintenance of systems.Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written. Mastery of HVAC components and terminology. Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heath pumps and air quality systems, Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.Education and Experience High School Diploma Required. Technical school preferred. OSHA 10 Preferred EPA Certified Valid Drivers’ License Minimum 10 plus years of HVAC experience required.Physical requirements Required to stand, walk, and sit. Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls. Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
