Title: Clinical Informatics AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration: 6+ Months, Contract-to-Hire Role OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst with strong experience supporting EHR platforms in Home Health and Hospice environments. This is a hands-on role focused on system support, workflow optimization, and data integrity, partnering closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve system performance and usability.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for EHR workflows across Home Health and HospiceTroubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issuesSupport system configuration and optimization aligned with clinical workflowsAnalyze processes and drive workflow improvements and standardizationCollaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and enhancementsSupport reporting, data validation, and data quality initiativesParticipate in system upgrades, releases, and enhancement projectsEnsure HIPAA compliance and proper PHI handlingMaintain documentation of workflows and system configurationsMust-Have SkillsStrong hands-on Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experienceExperience supporting Home Health and/or Hospice workflowsKnowledge of OASIS, PDGM, and Hospice processesEHR system support, optimization, and configurationStrong troubleshooting and issue resolution skillsData validation and reporting experienceStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred SkillsClinical background (RN, LPN, or similar)Experience working with EHR vendors and system enhancementsExposure to system upgrades and releasesHealthcare data analytics/reporting experienceDon’t Apply IfYou do not have hands-on Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experienceYou lack experience in Home Health or Hospice workflowsYour experience is limited to implementation only (no support/optimization)You are not familiar with OASIS or PDGM
