Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, assessing clients' mental health needs, and developing personalized treatment plans. The role also involves maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in periodic training and professional development opportunities. Licensed Therapists at ASM, Inc. play a critical role in delivering high-quality care while positively impacting the lives of clients.QualificationsHold a valid license as a Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar)Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and creating individualized treatment plansProficiency in individual, group, and family therapy practicesAbility to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow ethical guidelinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and work effectively with clientsKnowledge of evidence-based approaches and treatment modalitiesExperience with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competencyMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldAbility to work in a flexible and client-focused organizationExperience with electronic health record systems is a plus
