Job DescriptionJob Duck is seeking a driven and compassionate Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in converting inquiries into scheduled consultations.This role blends client service, intake coordination, and light sales support. The successful candidate will manage incoming calls, gather essential information, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from the first interaction.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a high level of professionalism and empathy on all calls.Conduct client intake by gathering and documenting relevant information.Schedule consultations accurately and efficiently.Enter and update client data within the CRM system.Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs.Guide potential clients through next steps, including consultation payments.Follow established intake scripts and internal processes consistently.Answer incoming calls and act as the primary receptionist for prospective clients.RequirementsFull-time role aligned with Eastern Time.Working hours: 08:15 a.m. to 05:15 p.m. EST.Excellent English proficiency required.Position involves regular inbound and outbound phone communication.Average daily call volume fewer than 30 calls.Tools and software: Actionstep CRM, AT&T VOIP phone system, LawPay for payments, Microsoft Excel.Compensation Range: 1142 USD to 1220 USD.Work Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States of America). #J-18808-Ljbffr
