Hardware Program Manager

**Responsibilities**• Drive networking hardware programs from EVT prototype through DVT and PVT to production launch.• Act as the technical voice with JDM partners, run program reviews, surface risks, clear blockers, and coordinate supply chain through deployment.• Work with mechanical and firmware engineers on validation and travel to Taiwan for manufacturing and design collaboration.**Requirements**• Hardware development experience with schematic and PCB familiarity.• System-architecture judgment, organization, ownership, and cross-discipline communication.
