This assignment may extend and could lead to consideration for a future full-time role.Job Description:The Administrative Assistant will join a centralized support team that partners with executives and member committees. This role focuses on meeting coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations while helping ensure projects and initiatives stay on track.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reportsAssemble and distribute meeting and educational materialsCoordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling and agenda creationAttend meetings and document detailed notes and follow-upsSupport multiple committees and collaborate with internal staff liaisonsManage calendars and assist with travel and expense coordination when neededMaintain organized and confidential records and filesProvide administrative and project support across departmentsQualifications:1–3+ years of administrative experience in a professional settingAssociation or nonprofit experience preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required)Experience with Concur, Monday.com, or CRM platforms is a plusStrong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work proactivelyPerks:Opportunity to gain experience in the association and healthcare spaceCollaborative, supportive team environmentStrong work-life balance with hybrid flexibilityPotential pathway to a full-time opportunity for high performers
