Lead Fullstack Software Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer located in San Francisco, CA. The individual in this role will lead the development of scalable, reliable, and secure fullstack applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and coding software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing team members' code, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior engineers. Additionally, they will oversee project architecture and ensure best practices are followed in development processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Fullstack Development, including proficiency in frontend frameworks, backend technologies, and database designSkills in Software Development, Application Architecture, and System DesignProficiency in Programming Languages such as JavaScript, Python, or JavaExperience with Cloud Computing and DevOps practicesAbility to lead technical teams, including mentoring and code reviewStrong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage complex technical challengesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle managementKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus
