Other Miscellaneous RetailersSpecialty Food RetailersRestaurants and Other Eating PlacesAgents and Managers for Artists, Athletes, Entertainers, and Other Public FiguresApparel Accessories and Other Apparel ManufacturingEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Source resumes from applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools for variouspositions on a daily basis.• Identify qualified candidates for potential placement to build talent pipeline.• Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to find top talent.• Collaborate with recruiters and/or hiring managers to understand position requirements.• Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings and notes into the company's candidatedatabase.• Write and interpret job descriptions.• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and othereffective channels.• Create portfolio of possible candidates for recruiters to screen.• Perform data-entry and administrative functions as needed.• Network with online civic, social and other groups to look for and connect with topcandidates.• Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant trackingsystems and screening tools.• Comply with all company safety guidelines and processes, reporting known safety issues,including near misses, accidents and potential concerns, to the appropriate supervisor ormember of the risk department.• All other duties as assigned.Qualifications• High school diploma or GED required; Previous sourcing or recruiting experiencepreferred.• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and the desire tofurther develop skills.• Experience with Boolean advantageous.• Excellent customer service, organization, time management skills and business ethics.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.• Team-oriented and collaborative nature.• Driven, energetic, and tenacious; willing to work extended hours when necessary andperform at a high level of productivity.• Highly adaptable to change.• Proactive approach to work, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is requiredCOM145Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
