We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to join our teams in Chicopee, MA; Upstate New York; and Connecticut! General Responsibilities:Report to the Chicopee or Albany office to pick up material when necessaryOccasionally pick up supplies at supply housesUtilize Yankee Home Vehicle to travel to the customer's homeProvide installation of residential plumbingPerform installation and repair of plumbing fixtures and piping Timeliness and Preparation:Arrive fully prepared with the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job quickly, aiming for same-day service or next-day service for certain projects. General Professional ExpectationsBeyond the technical work, there is a strong emphasis on professionalism and integrity in representing the Yankee Home brand. Customer Service: Maintain excellent communication, be polite and friendly, and address customer questions and concerns professionally. Integrity and Transparency:Provide no-surprise, upfront pricing in writing and build trust by living up to the core values of Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, and Listening. Cleanliness and Respect:Show respect for the customer's home by using shoe covers and drop cloths, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and cleaning up all debris at the end of the job.
