A company is looking for a Tax Director, International. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport global income tax provision under ASC 740, including calculations and compliance Assist with execution of global minimum tax requirements under Pillar 2 and document compliance obligations Support Bermuda income tax provision and compliance activities, including tax return preparation and researchRequired Qualifications5+ years of public accounting and/or in-house corporate tax experience with exposure to ASC 740 Working knowledge of Pillar 2 concepts and mechanics Strong general accounting knowledge and understanding of tax impacts to financial statements Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with international tax matters for non-US jurisdictions
