Junior Marketing & Sales Associate

Stay Connected is actively hiring a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate to support our retail marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts in the Dormont, PA area. This is a full-time, W-2 position offering weekly pay, paid training, and uncapped commission potential, with a strong focus on developing talent into future leaders in sales and marketing. In this role, you will work inside retail locations and event-based environments, engaging directly with customers, promoting products and services, and supporting the execution of live marketing campaigns. Compensation: W-2 Full-Time Position Weekly Pay Base pay plus uncapped commissions based on personal performance Average weekly earnings range from $800 – $1,300, depending on performance Paid training provided What You’ll Be Doing: As a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate, your focus will be on executing retail campaigns, engaging customers, and driving sales performance. Daily responsibilities include: Representing client brands in retail stores, kiosks, and promotional event settings Engaging with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales presentations Promoting telecommunications and technology-based products and services Explaining product features, service plans, and current promotions Learning and applying marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer acquisition methods Assisting customers with service enrollments, upgrades, and account setup Generating new customer acquisitions and maintaining strong customer relationships Tracking individual performance, sales metrics, and campaign results Supporting the execution of retail marketing campaigns and brand promotions Developing skills in leadership, campaign management, and team support This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, brand promotions, lead generation, retail campaigns, and account management. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in customer-facing environments Interest in marketing, sales, or business development Ability to work retail hours, including weekends Ability to stand and engage with customers throughout scheduled shifts Reliable transportation to retail locations and event sites Must be 18 years or older Helpful Experience (Not Required): Retail sales, customer service, marketing assistant roles, brand ambassador positions, sales associate roles, event marketing, direct sales, customer engagement, or account support.
