Licensed Therapist (LMFT/LCSW) – Part-Time, 1099, Hybrid EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC – California EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC is a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and growing mental health practice serving children, adolescents, and adults across California. We are seeking a part-time LMFT or LCSW to join our team in a hybrid role (in-person and telehealth). This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children and families, values flexibility, and wants to focus on clinical care without the administrative burden of private practice. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Work with clients with autism, ADHD, trauma histories, mood and anxiety disorders Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Collaborate with the EverBloom team as needed Practice from a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming framework Requirements California license or registration as LMFT or LCSW Strong experience working with children and adolescents (required) Experience working across the lifespan Trauma-informed clinical approach Ability to work independently in a 1099 independent contractor role Professional liability (malpractice) insurance required New graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications EMDR (certified or in progress) CBT experience Experience working with autism and ADHD Experience treating mood and anxiety disorders Schedule & Compensation Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow caseload Flexible scheduling Hybrid model (in-person + telehealth) 1099 position (no benefits) Compensation starts at a 60/40 split, increasing to 70/30 as caseload builds What We Provide EHR and documentation infrastructure Billing and claims management Scheduling and intake coordination Administrative and phone support Marketing and referral management Coverage of all operational and administrative costs No billing, insurance follow-ups, or administrative workload required.
