We're looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our River Falls team and take charge of our operations. This position would supervise our second shift team members Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am, with occasional Fridays based on the needs of the department. Our services include aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupervise department personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.Train, coach, and motivate employees to perform at their best.Responsible to supervise all personnel and manufacturing operations in the department.
