This role is designed for a versatile engineer who thrives in the "grey area" between raw data and finished AI products. You will be responsible for driving the architectural vision of our AI initiatives while ensuring the underlying data foundation is robust, secure, and high-quality. If you are a high-level problem solver who can navigate evolving requirements and build systems that adapt to the fast-moving AI landscape, we want to talk to you.You will:Steer AI coding agents to develop customer solutionsResponsible for maximizing throughput and code qualityReview and refine Agent output and ensure it remains faithful to the technical design planIdentify and build agentic test suites and solutionsEssential Requirements10+ years of software development experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAgility to adapt to technologies and processes quicklyStrong development/programming experience in Python, Ansible, KubernetesDesirable RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related fieldCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
